Our Instructors
We provide personalised instruction and support to ensure that you are getting the most out of your practice, and we are committed to ongoing education and development to stay up to date with the latest techniques. Head instructor Jasmine is qualified in mat, reformer, pre and post-natal clients as well as working with injuries and pain management.
Our Studio
Our boutique studio is a welcoming and inclusive space where you can feel comfortable and supported. We have a variety of classes and equipment to meet your needs, sessions usually include mat and reformer in the one. We have seven reformers in the studio for an intimate experience.
